Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between ◆ credits and $ store credit?

Two separate balances that never convert into each other. ◆ generation credits pay for AI creations — every generation spends at least one. $ store credit is money toward a physical product, applied at checkout. A plan can grant both; a credit pack grants only ◆.

Do credits expire or reset each month?

Credits you pay for never expire. A pack, a Starter grant or a Pro grant is added to a permanent balance, so anything you do not use rolls forward indefinitely — nothing is clawed back, and cancelling does not reclaim it. The free allowance works differently: it is an allowance, not a balance. It refills to 3 each month (6 once your email is verified), so unused free creations do not stack up.

When do my monthly credits actually arrive?

With your first payment. The 7-day trial takes no card, so the trial invoice is $0 and a $0 invoice grants nothing. While you are trialing you keep the free allotment — 3 creations a month, or 6 once your email is verified — plus your plan's style access. Every renewal after that adds another grant.

Is Pro unlimited?

No, and we will not say it is. Pro is 45 creations a month, metered against your credit balance. If a month runs long, a credit pack tops up the same balance.

What happens to my credits if I cancel?

They stay yours. Credits already granted sit in your balance and remain spendable after the subscription ends — cancelling stops future grants, it does not reclaim past ones. You also keep every design you have made.

I am already subscribed — how do I change plans?

Use Manage billing, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Starting a second checkout would create a second subscription and bill you twice, so every plan button on this page sends existing subscribers to the portal instead of to checkout.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, in one click from the billing portal. And a card-less trial simply ends after seven days — nothing is ever billed unless you add a card.

How does the $10 monthly store credit work?

Each Pro payment adds $10 to your store credit balance, starting with your first payment. It accumulates like cash and is spent at product checkout. Pro only — Starter does not include it.

What does Starter not get?

The 15 PRO-exclusive styles, the 15% product discount, and the monthly store credit. Starter is 12 ◆ a month and the 47 standard styles — a credit supply, not an access upgrade.
