By accessing or using RAZEL ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. Use of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload content you don't have permission to use
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security

3. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of any images, text, or other content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a license to process, store, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

AI-Generated Content: You own the AI-generated designs created through the Service. However, you acknowledge that AI outputs may not be eligible for copyright protection under current law.

Public Designs: If you choose to make a design public, you grant other users a non-exclusive license to view and purchase products featuring that design.

4. Payments and Refunds

Subscriptions: PRO subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months.

Products: All product sales are final once manufacturing begins. We offer refunds only for defective products or shipping errors. Contact support within 30 days of receipt for issues.

5. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
